Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate or hygiene-related items

Exchanges
- To make an exchange, return the original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
